Privacy policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy describes the handling of personal information collected through this site's contact form, or sent by email. It follows Law 25 — the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (Quebec).

Information collected

The contact form collects the information submitted voluntarily: name, email address, organization, phone number, service of interest, budget allocation, timeline and the content of the message. Information sent directly by email is handled the same way. No automated collection is performed for advertising or profiling purposes.

Purpose

Information is used solely to respond to the request submitted and, where applicable, to follow through on it. It is never sold, rented or traded.

Processing and hosting outside Quebec

Form submissions pass through a form-processing provider whose servers are located in the United States. Information is relayed from there to the company's email inbox, and is not retained there for commercial purposes. This communication outside Quebec is disclosed in accordance with Law 25. Direct email remains available to anyone preferring to avoid that relay.

Disclosure to third parties

A mandate may require an external professional. In that case, only the information strictly necessary to carry out the mandate is disclosed, and only with the agreement of the person concerned.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as needed to process the request and follow through on the mandate, then destroyed according to an established retention schedule. Early deletion may be requested at any time.

Access, correction and withdrawal

Any person may request access to information concerning them, its correction or deletion, or withdraw consent to its use. Requests are made to the company by email and answered within the timeframes set by law.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics trackers. Only the technical mechanisms required to display pages are used.

Security

Reasonable safeguards, both technical and organizational, are applied to the information collected in order to prevent loss, unauthorized use and unauthorized disclosure.
